Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Thank you for booking a session with me. I deeply value your time and commitment to your healing journey. To ensure clarity, here is my cancellation and refund policy: 1. Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time. Payment must be made in full at time of accepted booking. There will be a $25 fee + entire session amount for any group session missed without notification. 2. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments, except in cases where I am unable to fulfill the service as agreed (e.g., due to illness or emergency). If I am unable to complete the service as planned, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the same cancellation fees as stated above. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you face an emergency or an unavoidable situation, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate or offer a rescheduling option where feasible. 5. This only pertains to channeling and coaching zoom sessions: I request a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling notice. If you have a coaching membership, we can switch to a new date or time with ease. Please alert me as soon as you know you'll be unable to attend. You are welcome to text me or email me. You will have all that contact and those policies when we begin to work together. 6. There may be a travel fee of $50 or $100 depending on your location for a group sound bath. This will be discussed up front when your booking is approved. I only add on this fee if the travel is extreme for me, involves a large amount of tolls, ferries and/or an overnight stay at a location. Most locations within a 40 mile radius of University Place, WA have no travel fee attached. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
